Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 6 days. If 6 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your purchase receipt.

Please do not send your products back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
